Hello! Recently my contact form 7 is showing an error message (“An error occurred while trying to submit your message. Please try again later.”) when trying to submit. Anything was changed on my website. The plugin Contact Form CFDB7 still saves all the forms, but the user has a negative/error message.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Salient Theme. Plugins: I use WPML and have WPForms but not in use right now..

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

probably they are the recaptcha keys PROBLEM.
I don’t know why but the keys I recorded seem to have disappeared or changed.. then they all look the same so I have trouble understanding which ones I had put.

The fact is that if you go back to the Recapta site
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

re-fish your project
re-fish your keys via the “gear” icon of your project
and check that the sites, the domains of your sites have not disappeared from the list.
Go to the ContactForm 7 plugin, delete the keys, put them back.

And now everything should work again!

I did this, and the problem appeared on my 3 primary sites
