We’re testing the form with iContact, and when I clicked submit, it showed an error message

“Your email address was not formatted properly”

and couldn’t submit the form.

Is this something that can be fixed?

Hi Treebeard,

it sounds like an issue with iContact’s validation of the email field or the set up of the form.

Are you trying to assign a subscriber to multiple lists with iContact?
