For some reason one of the hidden inputs we purposely add isn’t getting output to the form.

Can you go in and click update/save on the form in question? I’m curious if that will save some needed data.

Can you contact [email protected] and add “Michael WordPress Forum Support” to the subject, as well as the link to this thread?

I’m really curious at this point why the needed fields aren’t being output.
