Error message when submitting form

    Two forms on the page, one working great, the one on this page not working at all:

    http://worldcitizen.solutions/volunteer-application-form/

    Error message every time, despite all information being entered correctly: Form could not be submitted. Please make sure you have entered your information properly.

    Also, what is the difference between “primary” and “overview column” in the “settings” on the Data page.

    And can you please clarify what the difference is between “primary” and “sample” each attribute’s drop-down menu.

    Hello.

    I was trying to submit the form and get following error –
    “A server error occurred while trying to process the form.”

    Did you get such before?

    Hi, thanks for your response. I have not had that message before. Just tried again, got the same message: Form could not be submitted. Please make sure you have entered your information properly.

    Any suggestions?

    You need to use user_email field in each form. Second attribute in Data tab.
