Error Message when trying to change Theme

    Help! I am trying to change my theme but I am not able to. Can someone help me with this?

    I keep receiving this message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_theme() in /homepages/0/d267240402/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/EducationBlog/lib/default-admin-options.php on line 5

    and another one from a different theme I tried to update:
