error message when uploading theme to wordpress – style.css file

    Hi there,
    I received error messages when trying multiple times to upload Ascent HTML5 theme to WordPress.
    First it couldn’t find the style.css file, so i moved the file to the main folder and rezipped it and uploaded it again.
    Then it found the style.css file but said it was wrong.
    So, I’m not sure what to do now.
