Error message with Cartflows and E-transaction

    Dear Support,

    I am trying to use cartflows with E-transaction, when I submit a paiement I have this error message :

    It works fine when I use the standard process without carsflows,

    It seems the thank you page is blocking the payment, without the thank you page its works well

    I am not sure about what is the exact issue. Is the E-transaction new plugin? Also, have you disabled the first name and last name on the CartFlows Checkout page before making the payment.

    Hello,

    I have more informations about the issue E-transaction works fine without cartflow (with woocommerce standard flow) and when i desactivate the the thank you page on cartflows,

    So it seems to come from the thank you page … when it’s activated the payment by creditcard is not made,

    but i would like to keep the thank you page,

    what do you mean by have you disabled the first name and last name on the CartFlows Checkout page ?I am using the free edition for the moment to check the compatibility with E-transaction.

    Thank you for sharing more information on it.

    It needs more debugging to gather more information and the exact case of it. From the first look, it seems that the Payment gateway is making some customization for the thank you page but it might be creating conflict with CartFlows.

    So, to help you better with this, can you please open a technical support ticket from our website. So that one of our developers will help you out.
