    I’m getting errors for missing tax information, gtin, color, size, age group, gender etc. but i’ve mapped the errors to the correct fields? can some of these categories be left blank?

    Did you add those fields to the feed?
    Are they listed when you look at the XML feed?

    The tax and shipping information can be set in your Merchant Center

    GTIN can be set up but you will need to have an additional field for this in Woocommerce. Woocommerce has no additional fields for this by default. I have made a little helper plugin you can use to add that (and other) field to your products.

    Here a video about GTIN numbers and the identifier exists attribute you can use if you do not have the GTIN number for your products.
