Error messages, and solution

When installing…
– Error message about missing a CSS file
– Error messages about missing a JS file.
– Tinemce (the editor) doesn’t work.

Added write permissions to the VECB plugin directory and it started working fine.
— This plugin should not require write access, but apparently it does
