    The first error message was:
Unable to create directory /usr/local/www/vhosts/XXXXXX.com/httpdocs/clooneen/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
There was no uploads folder created with the initial install.

I created the folder, then got this message:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/local/www/vhosts/XXXXXXX.com/httpdocs/clooneen/wp-content/uploads.

Anyone have suggestions? Is it a MySql error?

    Thanks.

Delete the uploads folder you created then try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.
