• I have the challenge of migrating [redundant URL redacted] University website from a Plesk hosting to a Cpanel hosting space. We had to do this using manual file back ups and downloads (Back up and restore) as the online transfer kept breaking.now the site is re-uploaded on Cpanel its displaying a number of errors meaning its not operating as designed on Plesk namely the two sub domain platform 1. infomanagement. & libraryfilemanagement. platforms which were attached to the site. Help pls on how we can resume control of this wordpress site as original creator has disappeared.

If we have the full backup .zip folder also how best we can restore even email, etc

Your WP site appears to be working properly. What resources are these other subdomains supposed to lead to? If these subdomains aren’t working correctly, you likely have a server configuration issue. Server configuration issues are beyond the scope of these forums.I recommend seeking help through your host’s technical support.

Similar for email configuration. This is not a WP issue. Your host should be able to help you with email issues.

    1. infomanagement. & libraryfilemanagement. platforms

libraryfilemanagement.liutebmuniversity.org runs OpenSIS and the login page opens fine at my end. I don’t know what happens beyond this, but that’s not related to WordPress in any way. Here’s OpenSIS’s support page: https://help.opensis.com/

infomanagement.liutebmuniversity.org returns 403: Forbidden, and I’ve no idea what application you’re running there. You want to check your web server’s error logs to know what’s causing the 403 error and fix it.

    Good luck!
