thank you for your reply. Perhaps I should clarify: the customer is shown the quoted shipping price by us during checkout (that’s fine).
The problem is that when the customer want to check out (place an order with a delivery price that we quoted) – then the error that I have screened in the links above appears:
““Mismatch shipping cost. …”
I would be grateful if you could help.

I just checked the problem you are saying. The above notice will get the customer when the shipping cost does not match. Customer will see the below error if mismatch
"Mismatch shipping cost. Your shipping cost should be {amount}. Please refresh and try again."
Would you give me a screenshot of the backend where you set the shipping cost?
