error: no images allowed?

    i’m new to php, but i’m trying.
    i’m trying to upload images with Ecto, but i get this messageâ€�?

    Method “metaWeblog.newMediaObject” produced a server error: “No uploads allowed for this site.”.

    how do i fix this?
