Hi,
Due to recent changes in Facebook API, the custom Facebook feed stopped working with the following error:
Error: No posts available for this ID
I have fixed the problem and release the new version. Please update to the latest version, clear cache, authenticate again and it will start working.
If you have any more questions or need help feel free to check out the documentation on our official site or feel free to reply back to this email.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m on version 5.2.9 and don’t see the option to update to a new version. Am I already on the latest version?
Thanks!
Hi there,
That’s the latest version.
In case that does not fix the issue then please clear cache from Easy Social Feed -> Facebook -> Cache
Remove the existing connection from Easy Social Feed -> Authenticate by clicking on the delete icon and then authenticate again.
Thanks
Thanks! I authenticated the accounts.
Now having the feed shortcode on the page breaks the page. I’ve set up a test page so you can see what I mean: https://www.isabellacounty.org/facebook-test-page/
I did try enabling WP_DEBUG but no additional error messages were displayed.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?
Thanks so much for your help!

I get the same error, on the latest version of the plugin 5.2.9. And my clients are pressuring me to make it work as soon as possible. Thank you for fixing it urgently, please.
Hi there,
I just released the new version and fixed this bug, Please update it now.
Thanks for the patience
Thanks for the new version!
That did fix the feed on the test page I sent previously.
However, the other feed I have on my website is still breaking the page. I’ve added that feed to the same test page so you can see: https://www.isabellacounty.org/facebook-test-page/
This is the shortcode I’m using:
[efb_feed fanpage_id="163149067080121" words_limit="80" post_limit="2" skin_id="33735" cache_unit="5" cache_duration="minutes" links_new_tab="1" show_like_box="0"]
I did clear the plugin caches, as well as my website cache.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Hi @amandak8,
It looks like there is a critical error on the test page your shared. Try generating the shortcode again by using the shortcode generator and use that shortcode. If the issue persists, please contact us using the form in the plugin dashboard so it sends us non-sensitive information to troubleshoot this issue further. Go to Dashboard > Easy Social Feed > Contact US and select technical support option.
Thanks!
