    Hello team,
    I need help finding out from where this error comes from ?

    “not a valid address – missing necessary tax information”

    FYI the country has been entered properly into the form.

    Some clients cannot confirm their order because of this error showing up on the checkout form. Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out about this. Can you tell me which country your are filling out? Also, is it the full address field (with street address, city, etc), or the smaller one that you see on the checkout form?

    Thank you for your answer. Filling with France, and it is the small checkout only with country. thank you

    Can you make sure you’ve filled out your own tax information under SureCart > Settings > Taxes? Perhaps some of your own tax info is missing.
