Error “Not an image”

    Many images are not processed. I get this error: “There was an error and your request was not processed (Not an image.)”

    I can assure you they are proper images. The error occurs with jpg’s and png’s. The plugin works fine with some images, but fails with others. I don’t see any cause for the failures. The images show up on the site.

    Thnaks Alex, the address works fine, but your message had landed in my spam filter. I have read it and whitelisted the shortpixel domain. I hope you’ll find something.
