    Hello!

    I am setting up the wizard, but after I click on the “Next” button at the 2nd step, an error message display (An unexpected error occured {“readyState”: 4 ….

    How could I solve this issue?

    What version of WordPress and PHP are you using?
    Do you have any plugins using an out of date JQuery version?

    Can you paste the output of your diagnostic test below?

    Sorry guys, I forgot to answer.

    As @shinerweb wrote, I looked at the error message and I found out one of my plugin (iTheme security) caused this issue.
