Error occured while processing your order

We are facing issues with both PayPal and Stripe during checkout.
The following error message appears on the frontend after a customer attempts payment:
“An error occurred while processing your order. Please check your payment method for any charges and review your order history before retrying.”
Despite this message, the order does get placed — sometimes marked as failed in the admin dashboard, and occasionally even as completed. However, this error message always appears on the frontend, creating confusion for customers.
After thorough testing, we found that when we disable your plugin, the checkout process and payments work perfectly fine.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a fix?
