@karenhemm thank you for opening a thread. I’ve ran your URL through our analysis server and it isn’t able to fetch your website. If I try it locally, it works, so I’ve opened an issue so we can investigate why our live server isn’t able to fetch your website.

@karenhemm I haven’t had the chance unfortunately. It will take some time before I’m able to troubleshoot this as I will need to set up a new server and debug it.

My client’s site is also having the same problem when I run AIOSEO Seo Analysis SEO Audit Checklist. Wordfence Lite is installed on her site, her site is a VPS hosted on HostPapa. Would love to continue to work with AIOSEO and not go to your competitor. Please tell us how we can workaround this issue.

Hi @karenhemm, we finished troubleshooting this and found that your hosting provider or something on your server is blocking our SEO Analysis servers so we cannot reach your site to be able to perform the SEO analysis. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to prevent this from happening, it’s on your hosting provider’s end.
