Error on activation

    PHP 7.0.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 (cli) ( NTS )
    WordPress 4.9.6

    Fresh installation.

    Activating the plugin results in this error:

    Warning: require_once(library/dropboxsdk/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/static-html-output-plugin/wp-static-html-output.php on line 16

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'library/dropboxsdk/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/static-html-output-plugin/wp-static-html-output.php on line 16
