Error on card entry

Hello!

I’ve recently installed Stripe, but when I test (in both live and sandbox) I get the error:

“You have passed a blank string for ‘card’. You should remove the ‘card’ parameter from your request or supply a non-blank value.”

I have tried with my theme (Pinnacle) and in twenty sixteen, and still have the same result. I asked pinnacle support if the theme changed the checkout page at all and they said that it does not. Please help!
