Hi @branding1,
– “Destination Postal-State Mismatch”. This error comes when you have provided a State and a postcode which is not of that state. Kindly confirm this.
– Also, if this is correct, then please check the shipper state and postcode in the plugin settings page.
Ideally fixing this should resolve your problem.
If you are still facing any problem, do let us know. We are here to help.
Hi,
The Shipper postcode is 33402 in the settings (I can’t see where the state goes). The WooCommerce Store Settings is set to United State – Florida, 33402.
I’m testing the cart with the address using Texas 79110.
I’m getting this now….
stdClass Object

[HighestSeverity] => NOTE
[Notifications] => stdClass Object

Hi @branding1,
This is not an error.It is just a note.
You must be getting the rates now. Can you please check and confirm?
Thank you. Rates are appearing now.
Hi @branding1,
Great to know that.
Would it be possible for you to rate us for our product and support – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/fedex-woocommerce-shipping-method/#reviews
This would be a huge encouragement for us.
Sigh! It’s happening again. I’m getting this error:

Hi @branding1,
This usually happens because of temporary FedEx server malfunction.
Kindly try after 4-5 hours. If the issue does not resolve, then we request you to approach FedEx team. They will surely help you with this.
