Error on connect FTP server

    Hi, I have an issue on customer website:
    [22-Sep-2020 09:04:00] Backup transferred to the FTP server: /home/2020-09-22_09-02-26_IPO2IM6K01.zip
    [22-Sep-2020 09:04:00] WARNING: ftp_close (): SSL_read on shutdown: Connection reset by peer (104)
    [22-Sep-2020 09:04:01] 1. Attempting to verify the database…
    [22-Sep-2020 09:04:01] Database verification successful!
    [22-Sep-2020 09:04:01] WARNING: The task completed with warnings in 95 seconds. Please correct them for proper execution.
    Can you help me please?

    did the site run PHP 7.1?
    If so, could you update to the newer PHP version?
