does this occur every time a task list is created? Were there any special characters in the task list name (anything but normal alphanumeric characters)?
The insert of data is handled by WordPress’ native functions, that error indicates something went wrong while inserting but it is unclear what.
I updated the plugin so it would display WordPress’ error message when this occurs. Could you please update the plugin and paste the entire message here if the issue still occurs?
I haven’t tested the plugin with a multisite, so that is likely the cause.

OK .. I can creat new task only on the main site of the network .. on other sites the error message is :
“An error occured while inserting the task list. Table ‘vlaadnet_dBdb.dnc2_ftm_task_lists’ doesn’t exist”…
The network activation of the plugin seem don’t work…. maybe an activation site by site must be ok …

An activation per site will likely fix the problem, but I’m surprised the task list interface is showing up regardless of that site-specific activation.
Something to fix on my side it seems.
Please let me know if site-specific activation does the trick?
If so, it is unlikely the task lists will be shared across all subsites.
