Error on creating new customer

Hello,

When I try to add new customer on order I get this message;

New customer could not be added by Add Customer Plugin. Please contact the Plugin Author.

In the settings I have applied this:
Add new customer by default (YES)
Define user role individually (YES) – set to “Private”

When I add new customer on order I have selected the customer type “Privat” and still get this error message
