Error on Deactivation and Security Vulnerability

    When I try to deactivate this plugin, I get the following error:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function remove_cap() on a non-object in /plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/roles.php on line 337

    And the plugin cannot be deactivated.
    The reason I tried to deactivate / delete the plugin was a hacker knows this plugin code and always tries to leave a question with the admin account.

    The questions are on Pending status but none of approaches to prevent this spammer was successful.
