Error on facebook pixel helper

The error means that your product can’t be found in a Facebook Product Catalog. If you have one, make sure you use the same ID logic and that you connect the catalog to the same pixel you have on your website.

If you don’t have one, you can create it by various means. For example we offer two different plugins that can help:

Not having a Product Catalog won’t affect your normal ads. You need it for Dynamic Product Ads only.
