    Hey there,

    Anyone ever experienced an issue on form submission that delivers the following error:
    Error: Please try again by clicking the back button on your browser.
    The error isnt very verbose so im not sure what might be causing it.

    Hi @mnojonen,

    This error means that the Zendesk API returned an “unknown” response. You may need to double check your API key and other Zendesk details in the settings page.

    Indeed it was thank you! The zendesk subdomain was entered incorrectly.
