After installing, uncheck the option “Try to automatically compress the sitemap if the requesting client supports it.” in the plugin option page, than clear your W3 Total Cache page cache.
Please let me know if that fixes your problem.

Mhh, must have something to with the W3 Total Cache Configuration. Can you go to the W3TC options page -> General Settings -> Export (at the end of the page) and send the file to me by email? Wow! It really is! Don’t know what happened. Well, all I did afterwards was going on permalinks and clicking on save changes without changing anything.
I guess there was still something in the cache.

I am sorry for that comment but wehn I saw that webmasters is giving me errors I started to panic because with affiliate business I earn for living.
After few updates you made, everything came back to normal and now my traffic has even increased.
