Error on main admin screen

Hey 🙂
I Already installed succesfully the Connections Business Directory plugin, everything works , but i get the same error on the top of the admin page:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'Settings' (T_STRING), expecting ',' or ';' in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\connections\includes\admin\class.message.php(276) : runtime-created function on line 1

I tried sevral things such as disable other plugins , re-installed the plugin.
But i got the same error.
My php skills are not that good , and i have no idea what to do with this error.
The Whole site installed on xampp intranet server , the major purpose of the site is for internal buisness portal.
