Did any errors appear in the logs?
If the problem persists after disabling our plugin, it’s likely not the cause.
This problem may be related to another plugin used in your shop. Please try to isolate the issue by disabling plugins that are not ours or WooCommerce. Then please enable the plugins one by one, clear the cache, and check if the problem still exists.
If so, please test the plugin again, but this time using Storefront—the official WooCommerce theme. This will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
