Good day,
I am thinking of buying this plugin however the free version already has a lot of problems when users are using a Mobile device. The ‘Click here to upload files’ are not working on mobile devices – especially some with older Android or iOS Operating systems.
Is there a reason for this as this is causing loads and loads of queries, that is a struggle to keep up with.
Can we get in contact so you can assist me, I want to buy it, but now I am unsure if this will work.

@lorindawilkinson , may I know what mobile device you used?

This plugin has been tested with different mobile devices, but not on the older version.

Samsung Note 10, Huawei J-series and some Samsung A-Series phones iPhone 7S – so I am unsure what the issue could be – can you perhaps help, check logs, or check if something could be wrong. as I would like to buy this plugin, was testing it, really love the plugin, just these small little issue that is concerning

It seems that it is the built in Browser that does not work – is there a way that this can be corrected (seems like i.e)

@lorindawilkinson , thanks for pointing out.

Unfortunately this plugin not tested with Internet Browser or Default browser of android, I think this browser disable or doesn’t support javascript.

Can you try this – https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-turn-on-javascript/
