I installed the newspaper mobile theme plug-in and I asked about the overlapping screen of the newspaper mobile responsive page and the mobile theme, so I set up the WP Super Cache plug-in as recommended.

And I confirmed that the problem is gone. Last week I updated both the newspaper theme and the WP Super Cache plug-in, and since then I’ve checked an error in the mobile version.

    1. When I access my website on mobile, the Mobile Theme that I set through the plug-in does not appear.

    2. When I press “Exit the mobile version” of the footer, the Mobile theme I set appears. But this is the mobile version I want!

This problem does not appear on the main screen. The screen changes when I click on the article screen I posted.

I manually deleted and re-downloaded WP Super Cache, deleted and reinstalled the mobile theme, but it’s showing the same problem. I wonder if there is a way to solve this problem.

    Thank you in advance.

  • The first thing you should do is enable debugging in WP Super Cache, and then watch the log as you visit it with a phone and a desktop computer. Make sure it detects the mobile client.

If it does, then check the theme. Use error_log to figure out what it’s doing.

If WP Super Cache doesn’t detect your phone, then make sure that mobile device support is enabled. You should see the string “mobile browser detected” in the log when you use your phone.

    Hello @thanks1025

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
