  • Hello @rubenecho,

    Please, send us the following:

    1. Your PHP version
    2. Your CMS version
    3. Your webserver error log (it could be found in your hosting account)

You can send the log either via email:
    [email protected]
    Or create a private ticket:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    Also, please re-activate the plugin:
WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again

Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

    Did it help?

    Hi,

    1. Your PHP version – 7.4
    2. Your CMS version – 6.5.2
    3. Your webserver error log (it could be found in your hosting account) – can you please tell me where to get that on a multisite?

I have deactivated the plugin and activated the plugin and it still the same.
All cache was cleared and error message remained

If you let me know how to get the error log I can send you and we can see if there is anything there to help

    Kind Regards
