Error on multisite tracking

    I have two multisite. The new one has wp-piwik installed but suddenly stopped from working.

    If I add piwik URL and also auth token, then:
    cURL is available.
    allow_url_fopen is enabled.

    If I run the test, it says :
    Result:
    Time: 0.01s

    But if I select tracking code checkmark, then it shows the following message inside the box:
    *** SITE SPECIFIC EXAMPLE CODE ***

    My older multisite shows the real code and not this message.

    The code did not add to any site, no information has been shown and also An error occurred: Unknown site/blog. [Support]

    No idea where should I look for the error.

    I have found the issue and solved it!

    The issue was SSL and PayPal connection and the solution was restarting the entire server.

    What is the relation between our server, PayPal and Piwik?

    I don’t know!!!

    Hm, do you also access WP-Piwik using SSL? Maybe it was an issue related to your SSL configuration?

    We do. Nothing changed. Only a restart solved the issue. (httpd restart did not)

    But thank you for your comment.

    We are a big fan of WP Piwik and wish you enough money to add more widget data to WordPress admin side. We got impressed when we saw the plugin for the first time.
