Were you restoring this site on the same server and directory? Or were you migrating the site?
And did you only restore the site files? Or did you restore the files AND database?

Duplicator restore the file and DATABASE
Why you asking ,,,? I did that with my other WP site and it works just fine.
Thanks
Just trying to ask about common issues first. 🙂
Have you checked to make sure that the database in the new hosting account has a username & password that match what is in your wp-config.php file?

Hi
I just open a ticket to my hosting company to see if there is a problem with the DB and or the rest of the info you mention.
The User and password are correct on the wp-config.php file.
Will let you know what they saying.
Have any other ideas?
Thanks

By the way, by the error message it say that the file from the theme files are wrong – /home/link2max/public_html/article/wp-content/plugins/article-directory/article-directory.php on line 162
I started to recommend that you could create a support request on the Support tab of the plugin, but when I went there (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/article-directory/), I saw that this plugin has not been updated for more than two years, and that support requests are really not being answered.
If you’re not able to figure out what’s going on with help from your hosting company, it may mean that this particular plugin no longer works with WordPress. Sometimes, as WordPress continues to develop and change functions, older plugins stop working. Sometimes the author will update them, but it appears that that is not happening in this case.
You might need to look for new plugins that do what you are using this one to accomplish. Sorry. 🙁
Hopefully, you can figure out something that will make this plugin work.
