Error on order list

    Hi, the plugin doesn’t show the shipping carrier name on the order list page, only the tracking number/link (which works fine, btw).

    These are the displayed errors:

    Undefined array key “tracking_provider” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/includes/class-wc-advanced-shipment-tracking.php on line 192

    Warning: Undefined array key “custom_tracking_provider” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/includes/class-wc-advanced-shipment-tracking.php on line 194

    Warning: Undefined array key “custom_tracking_provider” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/includes/class-wc-advanced-shipment-tracking.php on line 1075

    Hi @janmoreno,

    Thanks for sharing the error details.

    To understand why the carrier name isn’t appearing and why those array key warnings are showing, I need to confirm one thing:

    How are you adding the tracking information to the orders?

    • Manually through the “Add Tracking Info” popup?
    • Through a CSV import?
    • Via REST API?
