Error on password

I have a problem to admin login. I tried for a few times to login on my blog, but my password was not right???
I not changed my password and i sended a mail to “Lost your password?” but with the new passwords don’t work too.
Please, help me!!!
(cookies deleted, and wp-login.php deleted from server and uploaded from computer)
