Hello everyone! We’ve been using this plugin for quite a while and it has worked well, but recently we had issues when creating new products with variant groups.

When the user selects the variants via checkboxes and submit payments, they an error that the submitted price is lower than the expected one, please refer to the image below:

Product base price is 300 euros, and then we have 4 variants, the selected ones sums up 300 euros, so in total it should be 600 euros, yet we get this weird error. We are testing this using stripes credit card info from documentation, as users did have the same issue on production.

When looking at the error log we get this:

FAILURE: Pre-API Submission validation amount mismatch. Expected amount (in cents): 100000, Submitted amount (in cents): 60000

    Any thoughts? -thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you currently using a cache plugin in your site or is your server running any caching system?

Also, did anything changed in your site or server prior to this issue?

    Regards.

@larajoely Your reply has been archived due to 3 short links in the reply. Normally they would be expanded in place but I am informing you instead.

If you repeat that then the short links will be expanded in your reply. Short links have been abused in the past and are expanded when found.

@mbrsolution Thanks for the quick reply.

I don”t have any cache plugin on the WordPress neither the server seems to be running any, we’ve been using this plugin for a while and nothing has been changed lately, last time was used on September 2024 and it worked well.

The only changes have been done (after getting the error) are that we updated the WordPress to its latest version, we upgraded our php version from 7.4 to 8.1 and all plugins are to update, but no new plugins have been added.

Sidenote, old created links work well but if I try to customize them with new information then they stop working (and I get the error message), this happens when creating variant groups.

Please check the following documentation to make sure you are creating a variable product as per our instructions.
