Error on Register Form

    Hello:
    Last few days, when we fill out the Register form, we get code error, the form still work, activation email still goes through fine.
    If we de-activate the Post SMTP plugin, error is gone, we like the plugin, how can we solve the issue.
    We did update plugin.

    Thank you for trying
    I tried to de activate other plugins, same problem.
    Only when I de activate this plugin, the error is gone.
    Could be conflict between the theme and plugin.

    Other forms working ok? just one form?

    yes, contact form is fine.
    Both theme & plugin worked fine for a long time.
