Can you please check if:
1. your confirmation includes to parameters &request=xyz&confirmation_code=xyz
If not, you could try to manually copy the link and see if that works?
2. in your database there is a table named ‘gdpr_requests’ present.
If not, you could try to re-install the plugin.
If neither of the above fix your issue, please let us know.
Hello, I faced the same issue. I checked the confirmation URL and it includes the correct parameters. Checked the Database, ‘gdpr_requests’ and ‘gdpr_del_requests exists. So I deleted the plugin and Installed it again, however, the issue is still present. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you!
Hi, if you have access to your error logs, can you please check if there is anything logged in them when you try to confirm? We don’t have a ‘gdpr_del_requests’ table, so it seems like you have other GDPR plugins running and, possibly, there is a conflict.
