    First of all, great plugin!

    I am getting an error when I submit the form. Any idea what’s going on?

    The error is:

    Unable to proceed with payment

    We cannot proceed with payment because of technical difficulties.
    Please try again later or contact customer support at Make a payment.

    Check the email account associated with the payment page. It’s the email address entered when the payment page is created. It will show why the transaction was not allowed to proceed. If you didn’t get an email, check the Payment Page ID in the plugin settings. Make sure it’s correct.

    A quick way of testing this is to change the Payment Page ID to something you know is wrong (777777777777777777777) and try a payment. See if you get the same error.

    Thanks for your speedy response!

    I get the same error when I change the page id but I’ve checked, double-checked and triple-checked the page id and the key. I even generated another key (and saved it) in case that was the problem.

    Any other ideas while I wait to see if the doctor got any emails?

    RESOLVED

    The doctor was getting an email and the error was:

    x_login : Invalid x_gateway_id for multi-terminal payment page

    I went to #2 Payment Types and unchecked “Use This Payment Page For All Terminals” and voila, it works.
