Error on submitting

    I am getting an error when I try submitting through your plugin. It gives an error but then doesn’t redirect to the thank you page and then sends a confirmation email to the email that was used to sign up. These are not the settings I have set in the menu. Problem still happens when I disable the other mailchimp plugin I am using

    Hello,

    I checked your website but was not able to see a form created using our plugin. Can you please share more details.

    It is in the footer. The link is “Subscribe to Newsletter” and a popup comes up. When you fill out that form, it retrieves a “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later” message but still subscribes you to the list.

    I want it to redirect to a thank you page but it reloads the home page on submission with that error message

    Hello,

    I was able to test the form and after subscribing I was successfully redirected to the “http://yuasastudios.com/newsletter-thank-you/” page. So this does seem it’s working. Can you please check “MailChimp for WP > Others” page in your WordPress backend and see if any errors are listed?

    Weird that it just started working because I didn’t change anything. Thanks for the help!
