error on subscription

First of all, thanks for this great plugin 🙂
I designed my “coming soon” page and I’m happy with it,
but I get this error when trying to subscribe :

I try whith the option “redirect to url”, and with “show message” : I always get the same error.

What can I do to resolve this problem ?
