ERROR on the data page

    Hi! I received an email with a link to the data. The following error appears on the page:

    ERROR: You are only able to view your data when visiting this page on the same device with the same IP and in the same browser session as when you performed your request. This is an extra security measure to keep your data safe.
    If needed you can put in a new request after 24 hours here: Data access request.

    Im on the same device with the same IP and in the same browser session! I asked a friend to check if he has this error. Yes, he has. I’ve checked on Google Chrome.

    Does anyone have the same error? How to fix it?

    It looks like the latest update has helped. Why there is no information on the data list about the consents I agree with?

    Hey @radzio125,

    Do you mean the overview in the modal where you can see all the consents? For me everything is visible.

    Can you send a page and/or screenshot?

    On the generated data list there is no information about the scripts permission I agree with.

    Hey @radzio125,

    Accepted cookies don’t get stored in the sites. However, since scripts only get enabled when you accept it there is no need for that.
