Hello, I’m having a problem with the plugin that’s preventing some users from logging in and making purchases. The user [email protected] is trying to access his account but gets a “critical website error” screen. Through WordPress debugging, I noticed that the problem is caused by your plugin; in fact, if I disable it, the user can log in. What’s the problem? Can you help me?

    Hi @isahense,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

We understand that you’re seeing a “critical website error” when a user tries to log in, and that the issue seems to be resolved when our plugin is deactivated. While we haven’t been able to replicate the same issue on our end, we’d love to help you get to the bottom of it.

To troubleshoot this further, could you please try the following steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache or try logging in using a private/incognito window.
    2. Temporarily disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the login process.
    3. Try accessing the site using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    4. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Smart Coupons, and check if the error still occurs.

These steps can help us isolate the cause of the issue and determine whether it’s a plugin conflict or a site-specific setup.

Please let us know the outcome — we’re here to assist further based on what you find!
