Hi @marcods ,
You can kindly check the permissions for users on your site and also caching plugins to be sure all required permissions were granted.
You can also deactivate our plugin and remove it completely from your site, delete the caches from the site and browser and re-install it again from the Plugins section.
Other than these, there’s nothing else we can suggest since the issue occured at the backend. We can only provide support on this public forum.
Best regards.
Hi,
thanks for your answer, i’ve been using the plugin from quite some time now and it has never had this problem, so i imagine there can be some compatibility issues caused by latest woocommerce update..
i already deactivated and reactivated it.. it seems to be working.
anyhow, do i loose all the charts if i uninstall and reinstall it?
thanks
regards
Marco
Hi @marcods ,
The Permission check failed issue was more with the caching rather with plugin updates. There are many reports about similar issues in other plugins as well.
If you deactivate then reactivate our plugin, the data is saved in your database. If you delete our plugin, it’s not sure if the data is kept in the database after purging the caches or not. To be sure, you can create a full backup of your site before doing so.
Best regards.
