error on uploading a product

    Hi,
    I am trying to upload a new product, but it doesn’t work after I press the upload button.
    No error message, it is just shown as a temporary file.
    For your information, I deleted all the cache and updated all of the plugins and even my theme.

    I am not sure if you can access the link, as the issue happens on the administer page. But let me know if you need any other further information.

    Could you confirm if you are trying to add a product from Products > All Products Add New screen or are you trying to import a CSV to upload your product?

    Could you clarify – “it is just shown as a temporary file.”?

    You can send us some screenshots as well, that would help us understand the issue better.
