Error on WP Staging Backup

    I have backed-up my site before without issue, but today, before making any changes, I backed-up again and received a pop-up: “Nothing to worry but there is a glitch…” and was asked to send the log file to WP Staging which I did. It then provided me with a debug code: wpstg-21Zj82Px-161118. There was no other error description provided. FYI, below this pop-up was a backup complete dialogue box with a thumbs up.

    Could you please look into this?

    I’ve checked everything, and the good news is your backup was completed successfully. That little message saying, “Nothing to worry but there is a glitch…” can show up sometimes if there’s a slight delay or hiccup in the background. But since you got the green thumbs-up👍, the backup itself went through just fine.
