Hi @jeandx
I hope you are doing good today.
This issue could be a plugin conflict as on most sites users update themes and plugins. After each update, some conflict could appear.
Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Defender and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.
Before this test, I recommend full site backup or running this test on a staging site.
Also, when you run a new scan, open the browser console and see are there any errors there.
Please let us know about the results.
Kind Regards,
Kris

By disabling all the plugins my wordpress crashed, now I don’t know how to activate the plugins again, because it sends me the error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email inbox for instructions.
and even the website has stopped loading, how can I re-enable them without accessing http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/plugins?
Hi @jeandx
Sorry to hear it,
Fatal error returns a log in debug.log, can you enable the debug mode https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/ access the site, same issue is happening but this time check wp-content for a debug.log file, download it and upload to Google Drive and share the link.
Your hosting provider should be able to help you with logs too.
